Dining
Guests may select from five separate dining areas, each extensively furnished with antiques and innumerable works of art. Choose formal elegance and dine by candlelight in wing back chairs in our two formal parlors, or select the more informal atmosphere of hand hewn beams and fireplaces in our tavern room, or enjoy relaxed dining in our casual Courtyard. The Captain's Quarters on the second floor is available for private parties and business meetings.

Menu selections combine the very best of today's creative cuisine with the sumptuous portions expected by our ancestors. Every dish provides the guest with a memorable experience in fine dining. Dinner is served from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM Tuesday - Saturday, and Sundays 4:00 to 8:00 PM. Seasonal hours may be observed. Sunday Champagne Buffet Brunch 10:30 - 2:00 Credit Cards: We honor Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover.

For those looking for a quiet, elegant, and romantic setting, you will find our wing backed chairs and candlelight dining by the fireplace to be the perfect place to start or rekindle a relationship. But be sure to reserve the romantic tables, they go fast.

 Reservations
We suggest calling in advance for dinner reservations or for lodging. Rates: Rooms with continental breakfast are $90 per night. Confirmation: Room reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment for rooms reserved. Cancellations: Deposits refunded provided notice is received at least 10 days prior to your reservation date. A handling fee of $5.00 will be applied to all cancellations. The Inn is open every day except Mondays, Christmas, New Year's Day, July 4th, and Labor Day.


History
Named for an ancestor who, at 13 years of age, fought at the Battle of Lexington, the Nathaniel Porter Inn recalls all the charm, beauty, and gracious hospitality of an earlier day. The Inn was built by a sea captain in 1795, when fast American sailing ships brought exotic cargoes home from the Orient, Europe, and the Mediterranean, and the craftsman's skill created homes designed to delight the eye and last an eternity. The tang of salt air still lingers in Warren, and the authentically restored rooms of the Nathaniel Porter Inn provide our guests with a welcome return to that gracious period in America's past. The Nathaniel Porter Inn combines the convenience and comfort of today with the unique charm of the past. -- It is traditional New England at its very best!
